Returning Unopened Products: If you have purchased a product that you wish to return without opening it, you can do so within 30 days of purchase. You will be refunded the full purchase price. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in unused and unopened condition.

Returning Used Products: We understand that makeup is a personal product and that it can sometimes be difficult to determine if a product is right for you without using it. As our products are hygiene products, they normally cannot be returned if they have been used. However, at Rosalyne, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase after use, we invite you to contact us. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution. (Article 10 of the general terms and conditions)
